How do I track an order?

Use Track Order with your order number and email. Signed-in customers can also open My Orders.

Which payments are available?

Cash on Delivery and Razorpay. The admin can enable or disable each gateway and store Razorpay keys from Settings.

When will I get notifications?

Order placement, payment updates and status changes are stored in your account and in the admin notification centre.
